Returns from purchases on www.jenstock.com are welcome within 7 days of the original shipment notification date for credit only. Custom designed items purchased through www.jenstock.com or any items purchased at retailers, specials through my social media or pop up events are not returnable. Items purchased on www.jenstock.com must not be worn and be received back with all original packaging. If worn or oxidized the credit will be adjusted (ie: re-polishing and re-knotting fees subtracted.) Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that your return shipment has tracking and is insured.
Sales tax will be added to any orders shipped within New York. Sales tax is not charged on orders being shipped outside of New York.
For any retail orders on www.jenstock.com over 7 days or for repairs, please send a photo via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and name in subject line. Jen Stock Designs will happily handle each case individually.
Jen Stock Designs cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit.
Most of Jen Stock Designs are custom made, so if you would like something specific, please ask!
Wholesale items are not returnable and there is a fee for repair for items after 1 month of delivery to store.
