The beaded pieces are made using silk bead knotting and finished with French wires at clasp. Stones may vary from what you see on the site, this is because they are all natural stones and variances make each stone unique!

Other stones are also available, please e-mail me at orders@jenstock.com with a color or stone you are interested in for any of these designs and I will let you know if I have it available to custom make for you!

REPAIRS and RETURNS

A credit towards another purchase from Jennifer Stock Designs is offered if you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry purchase. Please return it within 7 days of the date it was shipped to you. Please note that items appearing damaged or worn will not be refunded. In order to make a return, please contact us at orders@jenstock.com for confirmation. For your protection, please ensure that your return is shipped insured mail and includes a copy of your receipt. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Jennifer Stock Designs is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail. Repairs are offered on most items and any charges will be dependent on repair required. Charges include making a 'mate' for a lost earring and re-knotting a beaded necklace. To receive an estimate for a repair please e-mail orders@jenstock.com. No refunds or returns on special orders. Sorry, no returns or refunds on earring purchases.
