Returns from retail and wholesale purchases are welcome within 7 days of the original shipment notification date for credit only. Custom items are not returnable for credit.  Items must not be worn and be received back with all original packaging. If worn or oxidized the credit will be adjusted (ie: re-polishing and re-knotting fees subtracted.) Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that your return shipment has tracking and is insured.

Sales tax will be added to any orders shipped within New York. Sales tax is not charged on orders being shipped outside of New York.

For any retail order over 7 days or for repairs or re-design, please send a photo via email to jen@jenstock.com. Please include your order number and name in subject line. Jen Stock Designs will happily handle each case individually.  

Jen Stock Designs cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit.
