How To Survive Today's Political Turmoil With Five Facets Of Spiritual Living!

According to licensed mental health counselor Sharon Golden, “sometimes the things we do and what we own can have a soothing effect on our psychological health.  The connection to body, mind, and spirit are what matters, and things we keep close to our bodies can aid that connection.”

The division in this country is at a boiling point these days. Many people are having trouble bridging the gap between their political and spiritual beliefs. The following practice of spiritual living are my ways of surviving today’s political turmoil:

1.  YOGA is the connection, conjunction, attachment and union of mind and body; physical, mental and spiritual disciplines. By practicing yoga, it reminds us to breathe and become present with the universe. Yoga helps to center me and guide my spiritual being.
